Mass Bay RRE Rockland "Road-Rail-Air" Tour

With help from a well-illustrated 40-page MERR booklet and a four-page RRE mile-by-mile guide based on one created by the late Mat Rines of The 470 Railroad Club, our passengers were able to keep up with the passing scenery through Bath, Wiscasset, Newcastle, Warren and Thomaston (all except Wiscasset have surviving ex-Maine Central stations). We reached Rockland's brick depot, built in 1917, at 12:53 PM, 28 minutes late.
