The Capital Limited

As the overcast crept back across the sky, we rolled north past Lakeport to Weirs, where we made a final "standing photo stop" (and some riders bought hotdogs at a nearby lunchroom to supplement their "Hobo Bag Lunches" from earlier in the day). We made it back into Meredith on time - and this year, we didn't have to clear the Winnipesaukee dinner train!
